Data deletion

You can ask for the data ChamTracker holds about you to be deleted, or for a copy of it. How depends on who you are:

You own a connected Instagram account

Remove ChamTracker in Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and websites → ChamTracker → Remove. Instagram notifies us automatically — access stops immediately, and a deletion request made through Instagram's "delete data" option erases the account's connection, messages and statistics from our systems.

You messaged a business that uses ChamTracker

Email aidanryancham@gmail.com with the Instagram username you messaged from. We delete your messages and identity data and suppress future collection for that username. You do not need an account to make this request. More detail is in the privacy policy.
