Sales analytics for teams who manage a business's Instagram direct messages.

A business connects its Instagram professional account once, through Instagram's own login and consent screen. ChamTracker then turns that inbox into the numbers a sales team actually works from: outbound messages, replies, follow-ups and bookings per day, plus a prioritised list of the leads that need attention next.

No browser extensions, no password sharing — access is granted and revoked by the account owner in Instagram's settings, and message data is used only to produce statistics for the business whose inbox it is.
